Welcome to Trims & Trots, professional dog grooming and walking services provided across Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding district.

As dog lovers ourselves, our focus is entirely on the health and wellbeing of your dogs and we understand they are more than just a pet,
they are a member of the family.

With this in mind, we offer a range of services to suit you both.

Grooming Options

1. Home Comfort

We can come to you. Many dogs, and their owners, can suffer from separation anxiety making the whole grooming experience an upsetting, stressful event for all concerned. We find that much of this is unnecessary and can be mostly avoided by providing our services in your own home.

2. Clip & Collect

If it’s easier for you, if you don’t have suitable transport or facilities, we are happy to clip and collect… Well, we’ll collect first and then do the washing, drying and clipping, before returning your friend back home, hopefully looking, and smelling, much better than before.

3. Come to Us

Finally, if you don't have the room for the 80cm table, the best option is for you both to come to us. Simply drop off your furry friend and, while you go away and do what it is you need to do, your dear pooch is fussed, loved and treated to the kindest, calmest, wash, dry and clip it’s possible to find.

Dog Walking

1 to 1 Tailored Exercise

Our Trims & Trots dog walk sessions are always dedicated to your dog, or dogs, alone. We don't walk unrelated dogs as a "pack" as we believe each dog deserves our undivided, individual attention.

Walks are always carried out in your local surroundings and, as streets and pavements aren't ideal, we will always try and find some suitable open space to exercise us both.

Striding out in Draycott

Cycle paths, gravel foot paths, village greens, fields and woods are all great alternatives and, as Stoke has an abundance of open space, it's usually quite easy to find great places within easy walking distance of home.

All walks are tailored to your dog. What's good for the Husky isn't always good for the Miniature Dachshund!
